- The new workhorse in the dairy

LactoScope Filter C3+ is a fast, versatile and very stable instrument for the analysis of standard dairy products like milk, cream and whey. The LactoScope Filter C3+ delivers results for fat, protein and total solids within 30 seconds.

The excellent performance of the LactoScope Filter C3+ combined with the strong economic profile makes the LactoScope Filter C3+ the obvious choice for the dairy.

The small foot print with it’s integrated cleaning and zeroing buffers of 5 liters each, makes LactoScope Filter C3+ user friendly and easy to operate, not only in a laboratory environment, but also on site in the processing area.

The modular and robust design, with easy to access parts through the front-end opening, helps the user to maintain the instrument themselves. 

Reagents used for the LactoScope Filter C3+ are Decon-90 and Triton X-100. The reagents can be bought locally which helps to keep the cost per analysis low.

Advanced software platform

LactoScope FTIR Advanced is supplied with FTIR Scope Advanced software, which combines maximum security with ease of usage. The software guides the operator through all standard operation routines such as calibration and analysis. FTIR Scope Advanced enables transfer of data to LIMS or Excel.  

With LactoScope FTIR Advanced you can reduce cost of calibration samples through the unique concept of calibration synchronization. This concept allows comparable products to be calibrated with one set of calibration samples.

CombiScope FTIR

- High speed routine analysis of milk

CombiScope FTIR 600 series offer the highest speed in routine analysis of cow, goat, sheep and buffalo milk. CombiScope FTIR is available in a high performance (HP) and a controlled performance (CP) version. Both series can be supplied for sample speed of 300 or 600 samples/hour.

HP series is designed for the routine laboratory making use of operators working directly with the instrument. The CP series is intended for use in laboratories where a high degree of control of the analytical process is required. The CP series has a remote dashboard o a central computer, meaning that there is no need for the operator to work directly in front of the CombiScope. 

The CombiScope is build-up of LactoScope FTIR 600 and SomaScope LFCD 600. 


LactoScope FTIR 600

LactoScope FTIR 600 measures the chemical composition of the milk using FTIR technology. A rotary scanning mechanism with a lifetime guarantee combined with the maintenance free diode laser, is the heart of the FTIR process of the toScope FTIR 600.

A software tool validates the condition of of the spectrometer, making use of the fact that water molecules always appear at a specific frequency in the spectrum.


SomaScope LFC600

SomaScope LFC 600 is used for somatic cell counting. The LED-flow cytometer is the heart of the SomaScope LFC600. With its unique Light emitting Diode (LED) source, the best of modern technologies are used to provide precise and stable results.

principe somaThe expected lifetime of the LED source is the lifetime of the instrument. Therse combined technologies of LED and flow cytometry results in higher uptime and a lower need for calibration intervals.

QPAmilk

- On-line measurement of milk

QPAmilk is a new analysis concept, together with a unique blending algorithm, it is used for automatic control of milk.

With an innovative combination of world-class analytical equipment and representative sampling you will obtain analytical results of high quality, enabling you to achieve a secure and reliable uniformity in your milk composition.

Measuring
cells sit directly in a bypass loop that returns the milk to the process and thereby eliminating waste and use of chemicals by 100%.

The Milk
cell is connected to an FT-NIR QPANetworkir with high performance. The cell handles a representative sampling of up to 200 liter / hour. Two cells can be connected to one analyser with the ability to connect long fibers so that the system is easy to integrate. Doe to the compact design of the QPAmilk it only takes up limited space in the production area.
