In the Agricultural industry there is a growing need for analysis of soil, compost and related products. The products are often analysed using  traditional analytical methods which are often time consuming, cumbersome and require trained personel. In soil and compost a high number of samples are often analysed, meaning that using traditional methods this work involves a large amount of time and ressources.

The AgriQuant series will deliver analytical results in less than a minute for multiple parameters, meaning that the time and ressources spend can be reduced.


Excellent performance and low cost of ownership

The AgriQuant series is supplied with a powerful detector, e.g. InGaAs or InAs which is needed in order to obtain analytical results of high quality. A powerful detector is needed especially in the analysis of dark products like soil and compost. The exceptional spectral performance of the AgriQuant will allow you to analyse for standard parameters but also enables analysis of special components.

The AgriQuant series has no scheduled maintenance and the light source has an expected lifetime of 10 years, this means that you can save on expensive maintenance contracts which normally have to be signed for this type of analytical equipments.

The sample containers used for the analysis can be cleaned an re-used after analysis, helping to keep the cost per analysis very low.

There is a large number op optional samling accessorie available for the AgriQuant, which will enable you to analyse other types of products if needed. The External PC makes it possible to connect label printer, barcode reader, touch screen etc to the AgriQuant system, especially useful if many samples have to be analysed.

AgriQuant A1

Powerful analyser for your soil

In order to recommend proper nutrient application in farming, it is important to know about the Actual nutrient status of the soil.

AgriQuantB1 Compost

The AgriQuant A1 FT-NIR from Q-Interline will supply analysis results for your soil samples in less than a minute, enabling you to analyse many samples in a short period of time and to replace time consuming traditional methods. 

The AgriQuant A1 will provide fast results for a large number of components in your soil, e.g. Loss of ignition (Humus), TOC, TIC, Total nitrogen, Total sulphur and many more. The cutting edge spectral performance of the AgriQuant A1 makes it possible to analyse for even more components in your sample.

Sampling

The sample is analysed by reflection measurements in 125ml glass jars with lid, which are rotating during analysis, By rotating the glass jar the sample is constantly mixed. This ensures representative sampling and that effects from product heterogeneity are reduced.

The glass jar has a large opening for easy filling. The lid ensures that the sample is stored under stable conditions and protected from influence from the surroundings. This is important for dried ground products that they do not take up water from the air before analysis. After analysis the sample is stored easily and can be safely sent to reference analysis or stored.

The size of the glass jar enables the use of barcodes, which are easily read by a barcode reader connected to the AgriQuant A1.

Software

The DairyQuant B3 is supplied with a powerful software package consisting of InfraQuant Operator Software and Horizon QI spectroscopic software.

InfraQuant QC software is combining user friendliness with high level of data security.  The Operator is guided through the steps of the analysis sequence, in most cases in native language.
This ensures that standard operating procedures are followed and that consistent results are obtained independent of operator skill level and experience.

Results of the analysis are presented with clear figures with integrated color codes. The color codes reflect the validity of the results measured against preset criteria.

Horizon QI spectroscopic software offers a series of powerful spectroscopic tools for the advanced user. Horizon QI is used to verify the performance of your system and for troubleshooting. The Horizon QI Advanced Instrument Health will tell you the status of your system with more than 50 values tagged every Second.

The advanced user can collect, view and manipulate spectra in Horizon QI for optimization and R&D purposes. The Horizon QI software can be extended with further functionalities through a series of add-on modules.

Workstation

The DairyQuant B3 comes with an external workstation which eliminates the disadvantages of build-in Computers. Upgrading and replacement is easily performed on-site reducing the potential downtime of the equipment to a minimum.

With the external computer it is possible to connect a series of accessories like touch screens, label printer, barcode reader etc. offering the user maximum flexibility.


Low cost of ownership - Save on expensive maintenance contracts

AgriQuant B1

Fast analysis of mushroom compost

It is essential for mushroom compost producers to know amount of nitrogen, ammonia, Application note mushroom compost moisture, ash and pH value during every production steps. Q-Interline is offering two versions of the AgriQuant analyser for compost analysis.

 
AgriQuant B8

For very course materials and in cases where the best performance is required we recommend to use AgriQuant B8. Equipped with the new patented Spiral Sampler the AgriQuant B8 offers truly representative scanning and unmatched information about your compost sample.

Sampling - AgriQuant B8

The sample is analysed by reflection measurements in AgriTubes lid, which are rotating during analysis. When rotating the AgriTubes the analyzer is scanning an unmatched 375cm2 of the sample compared to 18 cm2 for traditional petri dish solutions. This ensures representative scanning and that effects from sample heterogeneity are reduced.
 


The AgriTubes are easily filled and the sample is protected from the environment through the plastic lids. More AgriTubes can be filled for later analysis. The size of the AgriTubes enables the use of barcodes which secures a smooth workflow and secure sample ID.

If the sample is less course or shorter scanning time is required, then AgriQuant B1 could be your system of choice. The AgriQuant B1 FT-NIR from Q-Interline will supply analysis results for your mushroom compost in less than a minute, enabling you to analyse many samples in a short period of time and to replace time consuming traditional methods.
