AgriQuant B1Fast analysis of your forageForage - Grass and maize silage - is widely used for feeding cows and it is mandatory to know The mayor components and the feeding value of the products.![]() The AgriQuant B1 FT-NIR from Q-Interline will supply analysis results for your forage samples is less than a minute, enabling you to analyse many samples in a short period of time and to replace time consuming traditional methods. The AgriQuant B1 will provide fast results for a large number of components in your forage, e.g. Protein, fiber, in vitro sugar and many more. The sample is analysed by reflection measurements in glass jars with lid, which are rotating during analysis, By rotating the sample glass the sample is constantly mixed. This ensures representative sampling and that effects from product heterogeneity are reduced.
The glass jar has a large opening for easy filling. The lid ensures that the sample is stored under stable conditions and protected from influence from the surroundings. This is important for dried ground products that they do not take up water from the air before analysis. After analysis the sample is stored easily and can be safely sent to reference analysis or stored. The size of the glass jar enables the use of barcodes, which are easily read by a barcode reader connected to the AgriQuant B1. SoftwareThe AgriQuant B1 is supplied with a powerful software package consisting of InfraQuant Operator Software and Horizon QI spectroscopic software.InfraQuant QC software is combining user friendliness with high level of data security. The Operator is guided through the steps of the analysis sequence, in most cases in native language. This ensures that standard operating procedures are followed and that consistent results are obtained independent of operator skill level and experience. Results of the analysis are presented with clear figures with integrated color codes. The color codes reflect the validity of the results measured against preset criteria. ![]() Horizon QI spectroscopic software offers a series of powerful spectroscopic tools for the advanced user. Horizon QI is used to verify the performance of your system and for troubleshooting. The Horizon QI Advanced Instrument Health will tell you the status of your system with more than 50 values tagged every Second. The advanced user can collect, view and manipulate spectra in Horizon QI for optimization and R&D purposes. The Horizon QI software can be extended with further unctionalities through a series of add-on modules.
The AgriQuant B1 comes with an external workstation which eliminates the disadvantages of build-in Computers. Upgrading and replacement is easily performed on-site reducing the otential downtime of the equipment to a minimum. |
