Maintenance contract – software

It is important that your operator software is up to date and well functioning.

In order to offer our customers a cost efficient way of having the operator software updated at all times, Q-Interline introduced the InfraQuant Upgrade Agreement Service. Buy signing this service the customer will have at all times access to the latest version of InfraQuant operator software at no extra costs.

Why should you a sign an InfraQuant Upgrade Agreement Service

The agreement should be signed because:

• You always have the latest InfraQuant version available, with bug fixes, new features etc
  
  
• You know the exact cost for the software overt time
  
  
• The InfraQuan Upgrade Service Agreement is more cost effective over time compared to the purchase of a new software. The following graph shows the development in accumulated cost over a period of 5 years. As can be seen from the graph it is significantly cheaper to sign an InfraQuant Upgrade Agreement over the course of 5 years.

How does it work

Once a year you will receive an invoice covering the InfraQuant Upgrade Agreement Service valid for the coming calendar year and for your specific analyzer. Once you have paid the invoice you are covered for the complete year.

When you have signed an InfraQuant Upgrade Agreement Service and a new version of the InfraQuant operator software is released, you will receive a CD-Rom with the upgrade together with instructions how to install the software.


What is required to sign the InfraQuant Upgrade Agreement Service

In order to be able to sign the InfraQuant Upgrade Agreement Service you need to have installed the latest version of InfraQuant.
