How to get spectra out of the INFRAquant database.Click the button Export (INFRAquant ver. 1.1), choose a product, click next and you are in the export dialogue box. Choose dates, validation samples or not, exported as .spc files, choose directory to export the spectra to, click next and it is done.Go to the chosen directory and you will find all the spectra and a .csv file, a text file which can be taken directly into excel for further treatment.
How to get a .csv file into ExcelOpen excel, click on Data in the toolbar, import data, import external data, choose the .csv file to import, import it as a fixed file, click next, choose to separate data by comma and backslash and import the data. All text is now sorted in columns and ready to be used for other purposes.
