Sampling and hands-on spectroscopy, Course
Sampling:
- How to sample products so that the analytical results are reliable?
- Should you sample from plastic bags, vials or from Petri dishes?
- Is it possible to analyse products directly from the process line?
- What is the optimal sampling frequency?
Q-Interline and ACABS research group, Ålborg University, offers a comprehensive introduction to the principles of representative sampling (one day is all you need).
Spectroscopy: Perform super calibration work to get the relevant information out of your spectroscopy measurement
- Make the optimum spectra of your product - Find the best way to acquire your NIR spectra
- Avoid pit falls of data acquisitioning
- Number of scans, resolution, apodization, pre-treatment
